Installation & Setup
- Confirm whether the grill will be installed as a built-in unit or with the compatible freestanding configuration.
- For built-in installation, prepare the outdoor kitchen enclosure according to the required product dimensions and ventilation requirements.
- Position and secure the grill in the prepared installation area.
- Connect the grill to the appropriate natural gas or propane supply.
- Test the ignition, burners, infrared burner, lighting, and gas connections before regular use.
- Gas connections and built-in installations should be completed according to applicable local requirements and manufacturer instructions.
Care and Maintenance
- Clean the cooking grates regularly to remove food residue and grease buildup.
- Empty and clean the slide-out drip tray regularly.
- Clean the 316 stainless steel surfaces with a suitable non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner.
- Keep the burners, ignition components, and flare-control areas free of excessive grease and debris.
- Clean the warming rack and interior cooking surfaces as needed.
- Inspect gas connections and burner components periodically.
- Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning or maintenance.
Shipping & Warranty
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, with typical transit times of 5–7 business days. Tracking information is provided within 24 hours after the order leaves the warehouse. Shipping is available within the USA only.
Curbside Shipping: Base curbside shipping is generally free and delivers to the customer's doorstep. Threshold and White Glove delivery options may also be available for some products and should be confirmed before ordering.
Cancellations: Orders may generally be canceled free of charge before shipment, subject to applicable exceptions such as custom orders.
Returns: Unused, resalable merchandise in its original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days, subject to the applicable return requirements. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs, and an RMA may be required.
