Ledge Lounger Signature Chaise Deep

A deeper tanning ledge deserves a chaise built for its actual water level. The Ledge Lounger Signature Chaise Deep is proportioned for flat sun shelves, Baja shelves and tanning ledges with 10 to 15 inches of water. It also performs as a sculptural lounger on the pool deck or patio.

The fixed, gently contoured profile follows the body’s natural shape for a supported reclining position. Its clean one-piece silhouette keeps the setting visually calm, while the taller seat and longer footprint place you comfortably above a deeper ledge. There are no reclining mechanisms to adjust and no separate cushion is required.

Once completely filled with pool water, the chaise weighs approximately 270 lb. That water ballast helps it remain properly positioned on a compatible flat ledge. When drained, its 60 lb empty weight allows it to be moved for seasonal storage.

Contoured Fixed-Position Design
The smooth, continuous curve supports a relaxed reclining position without hinges, moving backrest parts or adjustments.

Water-Filled Stability
A threaded two-plug system allows the hollow chaise to fill completely with pool water. The added weight helps reduce unwanted movement when the product is installed on the correct flat surface and within its approved depth range.

UV20-Rated LDPE Resin
The smooth LDPE resin is UV20 rated for up to 20,000 hours of direct sunlight exposure. UV resistance helps limit material deterioration and fading; it does not make any outdoor color completely fade-proof.

Compatible With Common Pool Types
Designed for vinyl-lined, saltwater, chlorinated, pebble-finish and gunite pools when the product is correctly installed and water chemistry is properly maintained.

Low-Maintenance Construction
Routine cleaning requires water and a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush. No structural assembly is required.

Measure vertically from the flat ledge surface to the waterline while the pool is at its normal operating level. Incorrect depth, a sloped surface or an undersized ledge may cause drifting, floating or bobbing.

In-Pool Installation

1. Inspect the product. Before installation, check the chaise, packaging and plugs for cracks, scratches, impact damage or missing parts.
2. Confirm the ledge. Measure the water depth at normal operating level and verify that the surface is flat, durable and long enough for the chaise.
3. Remove both plugs. Locate the threaded plugs on the underside and remove them with a large flathead screwdriver. Keep them nearby.
4. Fill with pool water. Completely submerge the chaise face down so water enters the upward-facing openings. Tilt and rotate it until trapped air has escaped.
5. Reinstall the plugs. Replace both plugs and tighten them until they are flush with the bottom surface.
6. Position carefully. Lift and place the filled chaise on the intended ledge. Do not drag it across concrete, coping, stone or decking.

Important Use Rules

• • Fill the chaise only by submerging it in pool water. Do not use sand, a garden hose or another filling material.
  • Do not install the chaise empty in the pool.
  • Use only on a flat, durable supporting surface and within the approved depth range.
  • Remove the chaise before adding pool shock or highly concentrated chemicals. Return it only after chemistry has normalized.
  • Immediately remove any broken or damaged product from the pool.
  • Follow local pool-safety requirements. Some jurisdictions may require an approved safeguard to reduce child-entrapment risk beneath an in-pool chaise.

Care and Maintenance

• Use water and a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush for routine cleaning.
• For deeper cleaning, remove the chaise from the pool and use a mild household cleaner or non-abrasive melamine cleaning sponge.
• Use a suitable calcium-removal product when mineral buildup develops, following the cleaner manufacturer’s instructions.
• Rinse residue, salt and pool chemicals regularly.
• Lift the chaise when moving it; do not drag it across rough surfaces.

Cold-Weather Storage

When outdoor temperatures are expected to remain below 33°F for more than six hours, or when the pool is winterized, remove the chaise, drain it completely and store it indoors in a secure location.
