Free shipping is available within the 48 contiguous United States for all items. Smaller products are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, while oversized products are shipped via free curbside freight. Remote, rural, island, and difficult-to-access locations may incur additional freight charges.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are generally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Curbside freight typically ships within three days of the initial order and may require an additional 3–14 days in transit, depending on the carrier and circumstances.

All deliveries are curbside only. Customers are responsible for moving heavy freight from the curb to the desired location, and assistance from at least two people is recommended for large shipments. White-glove and in-home delivery are not included.

Customers should inspect the shipment upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork. Damage or missing items must be reported within five calendar days of delivery, with photographs recommended to support the claim.

Returns for reasons other than damage may be requested within 30 days. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and the buyer is responsible for applicable return shipping and handling costs. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before sending the product back.
