Installation & Setup
Product Manual
- Position the grill on a stable, level outdoor surface with adequate clearance around the unit.
- Ensure the wheels are locked before cooking.
- Install or confirm the side shelves and cooking components are securely positioned.
- Connect the included hose and regulator to the appropriate natural gas or propane supply.
- Check all gas connections before operation.
- Test the Flame Thrower ignition and burners before regular use.
- Follow the manufacturer's installation requirements and applicable local gas regulations.
Care and Maintenance

- Clean the stainless steel cooking grids regularly to remove food residue and grease.
- Empty and clean the slide-out drip tray regularly.
- Clean stainless steel exterior surfaces using appropriate non-abrasive methods.
- Keep the burners, flame tamers, and flare-control components free of excessive grease and debris.
- Clean the warming rack and cooking surfaces as needed.
- Inspect the hose, regulator, gas connections, and ignition components periodically.
- Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning or maintenance.
Shipping & Warranty
Product Manual
Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 United States. Smaller products may ship by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, while oversized products may ship by free curbside freight. Remote, rural, and island destinations may require additional shipping charges.
Orders placed before 2 PM ET are generally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Curbside freight shipments generally ship within 3 days, followed by an estimated 3–14 day transportation period, subject to carrier delays. All deliveries are curbside only; in-home or white-glove delivery is not included.
Inspect the shipment upon delivery and document any visible damage on the delivery paperwork. Damage, missing items, or delivery issues should be reported promptly and within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Unused, resalable merchandise in its original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days, subject to the applicable return requirements. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs, and an RMA may be required.
