Shipping & Warranty

Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 United States. Smaller products may ship by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, while oversized products may ship by free curbside freight. Remote, rural, and island destinations may require additional shipping charges.
Orders placed before 2 PM ET are generally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Curbside freight shipments generally ship within 3 days, followed by an estimated 3–14 day transportation period, subject to carrier delays. All deliveries are curbside only; in-home or white-glove delivery is not included.
Inspect the shipment upon delivery and document any visible damage on the delivery paperwork. Damage, missing items, or delivery issues should be reported promptly and within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Unused, resalable merchandise in its original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days, subject to the applicable return requirements. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs, and an RMA may be required before returning an item.
