Shipping & Warranty

Shipping & Delivery: The Anderson Teak SouthBay Sun Lounger has a stated manufacturer lead time of approximately 15 days. This refers to manufacturer preparation and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed delivery date. Free standard shipping is offered within the continental United States unless otherwise noted. Depending on shipment size and weight, delivery may be arranged through freight or less-than-truckload (LTL) carriers. Tracking information and delivery updates will be provided when the order ships. An adult must be present for freight deliveries. Inspect the shipment upon arrival and record any visible damage with the carrier before signing. If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, report it within 48 hours so assistance can be provided.

Returns: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by their original packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Damage or manufacturing issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery to help facilitate a claim, replacement, or appropriate resolution. Freight returns must be securely packaged and palletized. Custom cushions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns are subject to the retailer's applicable return policy.
